I congratulate each of you, and myself, for getting through a grueling month of daily posting, all for the love of blogging (or whatever your personal reasons for participating).

I honestly don’t know what gave me the nerve to sign up.  There was definitely a little nudging from the ever-inspiring Rarasaur, and who can resist when she’s encouraging you?!  I did stretch my writing wings a bit this month and wrote outside my comfort zone, a twisted fictional short on day 2 and then a suspenseful fictional cliffhanger just yesterday!  I also wrote more poetry in the past 30 days than I have in years.  I shared a part of me that was far more painful to write than I had thought it would be, but the feedback was more rewarding than I’d ever imagined (THANK YOU).

I visited so many new blogs this month!  You’ve made me laugh, cry, reminisce, celebrate, mourn, and so much more.  I’ve made some great connections and hope to continue doing so.  If we haven’t already, let’s connect on Facebook and Twitter!  Oh wait, don’t forget Instagram!  Link me to yours in the comments, ok?

I’m really quite exhausted.  It has been an extra long month, or so it seems.  I might take a few days off.  Then again, I might not.  I haven’t really decided yet.  I might even take longer than a few days off!
